I just want to say that I'm not the best at drawing up close, but this may change my opinion on it. Outlining it wasn't easy to trace to begin with, but I got it done just how the picture looked. I used my eraser that has lead on its corner the shading and blending. Since I was wearing gray, I rubbed the lead on my shirt and gave it a light rub.
I used a picture of myself and the mechanical features of the robot you see in the other picture, plus the added bolts. Credit goes to their respective owners I've used the jar from the art class. The liquid inside makes a good example of opacity, and so is the glass jar. In the second sketch is one of the famous spultures I took a picture of back when I was in DC. When you see the shading, you can tell that the artist thought this out for the inside. My final sketch of the perspective drawing. |
